Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Monio. By using the service, you agree to them.

Personal finance software, not advice

Monio organizes data and gives estimates. It is not a bank, broker, accountant, credit bureau, or financial adviser. Check source records before you make a payment, tax, credit, or investment choice.

Your account

Give accurate details, protect access to your email and devices, and use only accounts you may lawfully access. Tell Monio at once if you think someone else used your account.

Linked services

Bank, payment, email, calendar, and shared-expense services have their own terms. Their data may be late, missing, or wrong. You can disconnect a link at any time.

Trial, billing, and cancellation

The full trial lasts seven days. A paid plan renews until you cancel it through the Stripe portal. Prices and tax appear before checkout. When paid access ends, the app is locked until you subscribe again. Your records are kept unless you delete your account.

Fair use

Do not break access checks, scan for flaws without written permission, upload malware, harm other users, resell the service, or use it for unlawful work. Monio may limit or suspend harmful use.

Availability and liability

Monio aims to keep the service safe and useful but does not promise that it will always work or that every result is correct. To the extent the law allows, Monio is not liable for indirect loss or a money choice made from unverified output.
